How to measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. Keep one finger of space between the tape and your body.
How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

The NS046 has a side zipper with internal hooks that lock the zipper in place under compression. You step into the faja, pull it up, then zip from the bottom up along the side seam. What size should I order in the NS046?

How long can I wear the NS046 in a day?
Most customers wear the NS046 comfortably for 8 to 12 hours. If you are new to compression garments, start with 4 to 6 hours and increase gradually over the first week as your body adjusts to Sculpt-level compression.
Will the side zipper show under clothing?
The side zipper sits along the side seam and lies flat under most clothing. Fitted fabrics and very thin materials may show a slight seam line at the side -- the same as any side-seam garment. For maximum invisibility under very tight outfits, a strapless pull-on faja with no closures may be a better choice.
Is the NS046 suitable for post-surgical recovery?
